Talk about taking his sweet time!
It's been more than four years since Maria Shriver filed for divorce back in July 2011 after her estranged husband Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted he'd been unfaithful and fathered a child with their former housekeeper years earlier -- yet Arnold has yet to sign the papers.
TMZ reports that the actor and former governor of California, 68, is just not ready to sign off. As one source told the news site, "Whenever Maria says she wants to move on with her life, Arnold drags his feet."
Their four kids are all grown -- the youngest, Christopher, turned 18 in September -- so the delay can't be over custody issues.
TMZ also reports that it's not over their respective fortunes either because Maria, 59, and Arnold's financial settlement was sorted out a long time ago. And there was no prenup when they married in 1986, so they'll be splitting about $400 million -- meaning it's really all on Arnold to make it official.
